Items can take between 1 working day, to at max 7 days (that’s if you have placed a custom item order and live in the rural south)

We make each and every item the next day after you place the order.
-This will only take us a day to complete. Then we ship the next day ??
-If you have ordered a personalized or custom item this will take us 2-3 days due to design time and back and forth with you to get it right.
Shipping is all done with NZ post which means
- 1-2 working days within the North island
- 2-3 working days for the South Island
-Rural areas tend to take a little longer
NZpost works hard to get our items to you on time (and everyone elses!) please be patient if your item has not met their usual high standard of delivery time.
